You could be the lucky winner of $10,000 when you purchase a ticket for 2010 “Show Me the Money” Raffle to support the WDA Foundation.
Raffle tickets are $50 each and are available through WDA Foundation Board directors, WDA trustees and component leadership. Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
The drawing will be held at noon on May 7 at the 2010 Jewel of the Great Lakes Wisconsin Dental Meeting at the Midwest Airlines Center in Milwaukee. You do need not be present to win or a WDA member to participate. Associates, family and friends are all welcome!
No more than 600 tickets will be sold. For the full $10,000 prize to be awarded, a minimum of 400 tickets must be sold prior to 11 a.m. on Friday, May 7, 2010. Absolutely no tickets will be sold after 11 a.m. If 400 tickets are not sold, the prize winner will receive 50% of the proceeds from raffle ticket sales.
When you buy a ticket you support the projects and programs of the WDA Foundation, including Mission of Mercy, Donated Dental Services and the annual grant and scholarship programs.

Terms and conditions

No tickets will be sold after 11 am on Friday, May 7, 2010.
As a ticket holder, I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions of the WDA Foundation raffle. This ticket represents a chance to win the opportunity to accept an offer of the stated prize on the terms and conditions set forth below and in the “Winner’s Agreement”. The winner will be notified of their winning prize by their receipt of a Winner’s Agreement to be sent by certified, return receipt U.S. Mail. The winner will have fourteen days from the date of receipt of the Winner’s Agreement to accept the prize by executing and returning the Winner’s Agreement pursuant to the terms stated therein. Failure to execute and return the Winner’s Agreement and accept the prize “as is”, timely and pursuant to the terms stated therein, will automatically result in forfeiture of the prize with no substitution or alternate prize available to said winner. In the event of a ticket holder’s failure to claim a prize, a second ticket will be randomly drawn and the prize will be offered to the runner-up under the same terms and conditions contained herein. The winner is subject to any and all federal and state income taxes payable due to their acceptance of the prize. Winners agree to accept the prize “as is” with no express or implied warranties given by the foundation. Access to the prize by the winner will be restricted until fully and unconditionally accepted by the winner on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Winner’s Agreement. Prizes will be forfeited if ticket was issued in exchange for a check returned for “insufficient funds” or for credit cards deemed “declined”, “invalid” or “stolen”. A minimum of 400 tickets must be sold prior to the drawing for the full prize amount to be awarded. If 400 tickets are not sold prior to the drawing, the prize winner will receive 50% of the proceeds from raffle ticket sales. Participants must be age eighteen or older. All proceeds from this raffle benefit the WDA Foundation, a charitable organization. The WDA Foundation reserves the right to use the name, picture, video images and relevant quotes of the winner and ticket holders. A maximum of 600 tickets will be sold. The ticket price is not deductible for Federal or State income tax purposes. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.
