Each year, newborns to 16-years-olds compete for the title of “best smile” at the WDA Smile Contest at the Wisconsin State Fair. There's even a special “tin grin” competition for kids with braces. The first 300 participants receive a goodie bag of personal oral health products and educational items.

First, second and third-place prizes are awarded in seven age categories; there's even a special tin grin category for kids with braces. An entertaining and educational “Flossy La Tooth” show teaches kids the value of good oral health habits.

All participants take home a collection of personal oral health products and educational items.
