WDA Smile Contest winners dazzle judges at State Fair
WEST ALLIS, WIS., Aug. 16, 2010 – More than 100 youngsters, newborn to 16 years old, displayed their pearly whites at the 23rd annual Wisconsin Dental Association Smile Contest on Aug. 13 at the Wisconsin State Fair presented by U.S. Cellular.

WDA Mission of Mercy provides 2,038 patients with $900,000 in free care
WEST ALLIS, WIS., June 29, 2010 – The Wisconsin Dental Association and WDA Foundation’s second Mission of Mercy exceeded its patient goal with 2,038 children and adults receiving more than $900,000 in free dental care last Friday and Saturday, June 25 and 26, at Sheboygan North High School in Sheboygan, Wis.

WEST ALLIS, WIS., June 21, 2010 - Second annual Wisconsin Dental Association and WDA Foundation Mission of Mercy (MOM) Estimated $1 million in free dental care (i.e., cleanings, fillings, extractions and limited treatment partials) provided to 2,000 adults and children during two days by 950 volunteers from 158 Wisconsin communities. Volunteers include 175 dentists, dental hygienists and assistants, Marquette University School of Dentistry students and lay people.
