Dr. Paul Gruber
Dr. Paul Gruber is a general dentist who lives and practices in Sheboygan, Wis. He led fundraising efforts for the 2009 and 2010 WDA Mission of Mercy events, exceeding financial and in-kind donation goals for both years.
Dr. Gruber served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps after graduation from Marquette University School of Dentistry. Active in organized dentistry, he is a three-time president of the Sheboygan County Dental Society and was involved with dental political action committees at both the state and national levels.
He is a fellow of the American College of Dentistry, International College of Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics and Pierre Fauchard Academy. In 2007, Dr. Gruber was presented with a Pyramid of Pride for Lifetime Achievement – the Wisconsin Dental Association’s highest honor.
Dr. Gruber is a former member of the MUSOD Dean’s Advisory Council and mentored dental students for 12 years. His volunteerism has also benefitted such local groups as the Economic Club of Sheboygan, Sheboygan County Health Planning System, Rotary Club, E.H. May Environmental Park of Sheboygan County, American Cancer Society, United Way and Sheboygan Wellness Association.
