Dr. Steve Stoll, a Menasha, Wis. resident with a private general dental practice in Neenah, Wis., was sworn in as president of the 3,000-member Wisconsin Dental Association at its 141^st House of Delegates meeting on Nov. 12, 2011.

A 1976 Marquette University School of Dentistry graduate, Dr. Stoll was a captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps from 1976 - 1980 during which time he completed a one-year general practice residency. He entered private practice in 1980.

Dr. Stoll worked his way up the Winnebago County Dental Association officer ranks, chaired the Business Liaison Committee and represented his component in the WDA House of Delegates for six years. He joined the WDA board as a Northeast Region trustee in 2003 before being elected vice president in 2009 and president-elect in 2010.

His volunteer commitments include the Tri-County Community Dental Clinic, Give Kids a Smile®, WDA Foundation Donated Dental Services and WDA Mission of Mercy. He is a fellow in the International College of Dentists and Pierre Fauchard Academy.
