WEST ALLIS, WIS., Feb. 28, 2008 – The Wisconsin Dental Association
and its WDA Insurance Programs and WDA Professional Services subsidiaries today
announced multiple personnel actions involving staff in the West
Allis and Madison
offices.
Mara T. Roberts of Waukesha
has been promoted to WDAIP vice president. Since joining the West Allis-based
insurance group in 1995, Roberts has served as an account executive, sales
manager and director of sales and marketing. A University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee graduate, she is certified as a chartered life underwriter,
registered health underwriter and registered employee benefits consultant.
The West Allis-based WDAPS subsidiary has hired Milwaukee resident and
UW-Milwaukee graduate Brett Lindstrom
as marketing supervisor for its growing line of electronic dental record
products.
Debora Olson
of Brookfield is the new WDA controller. A certified public accountant, Olson
heads the organization’s recently restructured accounting team in its West Allis headquarters.
Olson was controller at the Milwaukee
Art Museum prior to
joining the WDA. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UW–Madison and a master’s
in business administration from UW–Whitewater.
Also new to the WDA accounting team are Milwaukee residents Renee
Foster, Shelia McIntyre and Lisa Schubring. Foster, who had
her own tax preparation service for 14 years, handles accounts receivable.
McIntyre brings extensive experience in accounts payable, customer service and
general accounting within the manufacturing, food and beverage and health care
industries to her new post. With WDAIP since 1993, Schubring now has
responsibility for WDAIP and WDAPS accounting tasks.
Government Services Assistant Sabrina Fordyce has joined
the statewide dental association’s Legislative Office in Madison. A Madison resident, she brings 10 years of
administrative experience to the WDA.
Erika Brown
also recently joined the WDA Legislative Office as a dental practice and
government relations associate. Brown, a Brodhead resident, graduated from Upper Iowa
University.
