Wisconsin Dental Association Immediate Past-President Dr. Kent Vandehaar is a general dentist who lives and practices in Chippewa Falls, Wis.

A 1981 graduate of University of Iowa School of Dentistry, he is a past-president of the Northwest District Dental Society and former WDA trustee for Northwest Region 1.

Dr. Vandehaar has represented the Ninth District (Wisconsin and Michigan) on the American Dental Association’s Council on Dental Practice and co-chaired the WDA Dentist Recruitment and Work Force Committee.

Dr. Vandehaar is a member of the Chippewa Health Improvement Partnership and served on the City of Chippewa Falls Fluoride Referendum Health Committee in 2004.
