Community Activities: Activities for Youth | Give Kids A Smile

This section includes information for dental offices about the nationwide Give Kids A Smile (GKAS) program and updates and resources for dental offices that are participating.

Public individuals please note: The WDA and member dentists work with numerous state and community groups to identify low-income children with the greatest need to receive dental treatment through GKAS. These events are not open to the general public. If you are looking for reduced or free dental care for your child(ren), contact your local health department or click the Public tab at the top to view a list of reduced rate dental clinics.

Give Kids A Smile (for dental professionals)
Each year, dentists statewide donate oral health care services to thousands of low-income children as part of the national Give Kids A Smile day in February. Endorsed by the WDA, GKAS events enhance the oral health of Wisconsin's low-income youth while highlighting the access-to-care issue for policy-makers and the media.
