Smile Contest 2008 photo gallery View a photo gallery from the 20th annual Smile Contest at the Wisconsin State Fair in 2008. Smile Contest at the Wisconsin State Fair Each year, newborns to 16-years-olds compete for the title of “best smile” at the WDA Smile Contest at the Wisconsin State Fair. There's even a special “tin grin” competition for kids with braces. The first 300 participants receive a goodie bag of personal oral health products and educational items.
