Service

WDA members have access to a statewide network of qualified technicians providing prompt, professional equipment service. Time is billed at a flat rate of $200/hour (billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour, with a minimum charge of $200) and charges don’t start until the technician arrives. There are no additional trip charges or mileage fees, and same-day service is available for emergencies at no extra cost.

Comprehensive equipment maintenance programs are also available to help dental offices identify and fix potential equipment issues before they become big, expensive problems.
