That is the essence of the WDA Foundation Mission Member – Annual Support Campaign. Conducted in the spring each year, this campaign uses donations from contributors to support charitable programs that serve residents throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Your investment as a Mission Member is critical to the WDA Foundation being able to fulfill its mission and offer programs that help people:
• Underserved people
• Low-income people
• Community organizations that help people
• Events where the dental community serves people in need with free dental care
The WDA Foundation strives to be the best steward of the funds entrusted to it. Services and programs that help people need funding to operate. That is where you can help.

$10,000+ President’s Circle
$5,000 – 9,999 Diamond
$2,500 - $4,999 Gold
$1,000 - $2,499 Silver
$500 - $999 Bronze
$250 - $499 Benefactor
$100 - $249 Contributor
Up to $99 Friend of the Foundation
Donors at the $250 level and up will receive a commemorative pin for their annual donation. Contributions can be made on a one time or monthly basis. Payment options include check, credit card and online giving.
