Mental Health Counseling Program
Program Details
For Dentists
The WDA and the WDA Foundation care about your mental well-being – both as a person and as a WDA member dentist. As a free member benefit, the Foundation offers WDA dentists up to four free mental health counseling sessions per year. Here’s a quick overview of how the program works:
- Choose your own Wisconsin fully licensed mental health professional.
- Attend your four sessions either in person or virtually. No need to check in with the Foundation beforehand.
- The WDA Foundation will pay your provider up to a total of $750 for the four sessions.
Ask your provider to send the invoice to:
- WDA Foundation, Attn: Mark Spiegelhoff, Executive Director, 6737 W. Washington Street, Suite 2360, West Allis, WI 53214 or email at mspiegelhoff@wda.org (email must be encrypted).
- The WDA Foundation will not pay for no-shows, late or cancelled sessions.
- Your name will be kept confidential from all individuals inside and outside the WDA Foundation.
- If you wish to continue your mental health counseling sessions after the fourth visit, you can self-pay or use your private health insurance coverage to pay for future visits.
- You are eligible to use up to four mental health counseling sessions each year.
