
Kickstart the fall season with the WDA Education Series — a brand new, FREE benefit for WDA members.
The WDA Education Series is a new WDA program offering members in-depth, focused learning on personal, business and clinical topics – at no cost. We have one session planned for 2025, with more in the works for 2026 and beyond.
Join us on Friday, Oct. 10 for with “Practice from Power: A Wellness Workshop for Dentists/Mind-Body Mastery to Recharge, Refocus and Thrive,” an interactive workshop aimed at helping dental professionals manage stress, burnout and support overall well-being through mindfulness and stress-relieving techniques. The session will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the WDA executive offices in West Allis.
The free wellness workshop will be hosted by Heather Nill, vice president of wellness banking at U.S. Bank. Nill combines her expertise as a financial strategist with her knowledge as a yoga instructor, breathwork coach and Reiki energy practitioner to bring a well-rounded perspective on healthcare banking, business strategy and real estate.
No prior yoga or breathing technique experience is required. All you need are comfortable clothes to move around in and the desire to learn about stress relief and mindfulness.
